They are all in the same newly built residential complex with communal pool and just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Molins. This house is complete with modern furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped. This house offers 1 double and 2 single bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms only. 1 complete bathroom and 1 toilet. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be easily reached on foot.
