This beautiful villa welcomes 6 guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.
The perfect exterior of this villa is prepared to enjoy with all your companions the tranquillity of the nature of Mallorca. With a chlorine pool measuring 8x4 metres and a depth of 2 metres, it is ideal for a refreshing swim in the hot summer. The swimming pool is surrounded by a well-kept lawn where you will find sun loungers where you can sunbathe. Next to the porch you will find the barbecue where you can prepare dinner outdoors thanks to the tables and chairs provided in the porch.

In the rustic interior of the villa, distributed over 2 floors, there is a living room with a large sofa where you can relax during the afternoon. The ceramic hob kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay, has a table where you can eat with your companions. To complete the ground floor, there is the first bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the last one with two single beds. Both have wardrobes and A/C. Please note that a change of bed linen and towels is included during your stay. A full bathroom with shower serves the first floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine and iron available in the house.

Located in Pollença, it is a destination that perfectly combines sea, mountain and tradition. This charming village has a historic centre full of narrow cobbled streets. A few kilometres away, Puerto de Pollença stands out for its extensive white sandy beach, ideal for enjoying with the family. You will also find an extensive promenade where you can take a pleasant stroll at sunset and dine in the many bars and restaurants along the promenade. Furthermore, its proximity to the Sierra de Tramontana mountain range makes it a paradise for hikers and cyclists offering spectacular views and contact with nature.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
