This is a villa in a very good location just on the outskirts of Pollensa, with the old town just a few minutes walk. The villa is comfortable, built in traditional Majorcan style with plenty of space around the terraces and pool area.



A stepped front porch leads up to the house where the main entrance is located. Through the main door we enter straight to the lounge dining room with beamed ceilings and ceramic floor tiles. The lounge has a sofa and chairs, and is equipped with satellite TV. There is a separate fitted kitchen with all the necessary items needed in a self catering property such as a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen has also an exit to the side covered veranda.



A corridor is giving us access to the sleeping area; the bedrooms comprising of two doubles and one twin, all sharing an interior full bathroom and an exterior shower room. All the bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning and all are bright and airy. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.



Double doors from the lounge lead onto the large and shady covered terrace with lovely views to the swimming pool area. The swimming pool has roman steps and it is surrounded with different types of plants, trees, flowers and bushes. It has nice views to the mountains.



Villa Rotger is a lovely house on the outskirts of Pollensa with large pool terraces, a built in barbecue and adjacent to the village. It is a perfect holiday retreat for anyone who wants privacy, and be close to the town where all the amenities, restaurants and shops. Car hire is not essential. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
