Villa Bennasar is an elegant Mallorcan country-style villa, set in a peaceful environment and surrounded by nature, ideal for those seeking privacy, comfort, and an authentic experience in the north of Mallorca. Its carefully selected local-inspired décor, combined with bright and well-distributed spaces, creates a warm and functional atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.



The villa is distributed over two floors and has been designed to offer comfort in every room. Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into the living-dining area, a spacious and pleasant space, perfect for unwinding or sharing time with family after a day at the beach or sightseeing. From here, there is access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers all the facilities needed to cook comfortably during your stay, featuring modern furniture and appliances suitable for everyday use. Throughout the entire property, free wifi is available, allowing you to stay connected at all times.



On the first floor are the two bedrooms, both filled with natural light and offering a calm, relaxing atmosphere. One bedroom features two single beds pushed together, while the second has one single bed and a trundle bed, as well as access to a private balcony with pleasant views of the surrounding countryside. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), available 24 hours a day, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the year.



The outdoor areas are one of the main highlights of Villa Bennasar. From the living room, there is access to a welcoming, partially covered front terrace equipped with an outdoor dining area. This space connects directly to the private swimming pool and sunbathing area, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The outdoor area is completed with a built-in barbecue, an outdoor laundry area, and a bathroom with shower, designed for making the most of outdoor living. The carefully maintained garden is surrounded by hedges, plants, and shrubs, with lawn areas and flowerbeds that provide privacy and harmony throughout the property.



The villa enjoys a privileged location, just a few minutes’ drive from the charming old town of Pollença, known for its traditional atmosphere, cafés, restaurants, bars, and local shops. Every Sunday, its popular weekly market takes place, where fresh and artisanal products can be purchased. Puerto de Pollença is located around 15 minutes away, offering a beach, seafront promenade, and a variety of water-based activities. A visit to Cala San Vicente is also recommended, famous for its crystal-clear waters.



The use of a car is recommended to explore the area comfortably and make the most of your stay.

For each confirmed reservation, a guide with information about the local area and recommendations is provided so you can enjoy your holidays to the fullest.



Cleaning service, pool towels, and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with every reservation. The tourist tax is included in the online price.



This villa is equipped to accommodate babies. It has two cots and two high chairs, available at no extra cost. Additional items can be provided upon request.
