Beautiful holiday villa available in Pollensa. This spacious villa has all the necessary amenities for unforgettable and relaxing holidays.



Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by spacious lounges, elegantly decorated, with a dining area, a dedicated office and library space that will provide a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The interiors are carefully designed with high-quality furniture and meticulous attention to detail, which will make you feel at home from the first moment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cooking utensils necessary to prepare your favourite meals at any time. One of the highlighted features of this villa is its covered terrace, which will allow you to enjoy panoramic views while relaxing outdoors regardless of weather conditions. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or have an outdoor dinner.



The four bedrooms, furnished with great charm, have air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and two of them offer an en-suite bathroom.



When you need a refreshing dip, you can enjoy the villa's impressive private pool. Additionally, this pool has an incorporated jacuzzi where you can relax.



The spacious lawn garden surrounding the villa offers a perfect space for children to play and run freely, and also provides you with a quiet place to rest under the sun. Moreover, it has a brick barbecue, where you can prepare delicious outdoor meals and enjoy gatherings with family and friends.



Located in a privileged environment, this villa offers privacy and tranquillity, away from the city hustle, but at the same time, close to all the services you may need. In a few minutes by car, you will be at the beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, where you can enjoy the sea, sunbathe and take long walks. It is also near the charming town of Pollensa, known for its historical charm and rich culture. The town has a large number of art galleries, museums, restaurants and shops worth exploring.

Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
