Villa El Rafalet is a sweet and cozy country house with a private pool, located in a rural area near the sandy beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, perfect to accommodate up to 6 people. Carefully furnished with antique pieces, the villa is surrounded by extensive lawned gardens, as well as spacious terraces offering unique opportunities for outdoor living.

A short path leads to the entrance of the property, resplendent with beautiful old wooden doors. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a wonderful kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and kitchenware, everything you need.

In the villa there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms with a shower.

Outside there is a covered terrace and a delightful pool area, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area. A grass area and a typical stone patio surround the pool. It is a truly idyllic place to relax or enjoy the mild Mallorcan climate in total peace and privacy.

Wunderschöne Lage, Garten, Bergblick und Umgebung noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch, aber gut angebunden, nur wenige Autominuten zum Supermarkt und ca. 15 Minuten zum Meer. Schöne Strände gibt es in der Gegend auch. Das alte Steinhaus ist schön renoviert und hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ende Oktober war es in den Räumen im Erdgeschoss etwas feucht, im Hochsommer ist es dort wahrscheinlich angenehm kühl. Wir würden wieder hier wohnen!

A wonderful house The toilet in the ground floor had not enough waterpressure and the water of the shower didn't go away properly The matresse in the bedroom upstairs didn't smell fresh, but a bit humid/old/sticky :(
