Villa Roser Vell is located in a quiet and privileged area, just a short walking distance from the old town of Pollensa. This two-bedroom villa is situated at the end of a small private lane, right behind the old Roser Vell church, from which it takes its name. It is a comfortable and well-equipped property with good access both to the town centre and to the main routes leading to the coast.

The main entrance is located next to the private parking area and leads directly into the kitchen, which also includes a dining table. From here, an archway connects to a small hallway that distributes the rooms. Opposite the hallway there is a bathroom with a shower. On one side, there is a twin bedroom with views towards the front of the property. On the other side, the main bedroom with a double bed overlooks the garden, terrace and pool.

From the kitchen, double doors lead directly into the living room, which has access to the garden through large windows. Another exit from the living room leads to the covered terrace, furnished with an outdoor dining table. Next to this area, there is an exterior bathroom with shower and direct access to the barbecue, the garden and the private pool.

The outdoor area also includes sun loungers, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The villa has air conditioning in the kitchen and in the bedroom hallway. According to local energy-saving regulations, the use of air conditioning is scheduled: in the kitchen and bedroom area from 19:00 to 07:00, and in the living room from 12:00 to 24:00.

Villa Roser Vell can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers two bathrooms with showers, a garden, private pool, barbecue, sun loungers, private parking and free Wi-Fi. Its location allows easy access to the historic centre of Pollensa within a few minutes’ walk, without the need for a car.

NOTE: During the winter of 2025, improvements were made to the property. Inside, the entire house was painted, and the mattresses and refrigerator were replaced. Outside, some doors and windows were replaced, and the barbecue area was renovated, thus improving the comfort and quality of the stay.
