"J’avais réservé cet hôtel principalement parce qu’il y avait une piscine. En plein été, avec les fortes chaleurs, c’était un critère essentiel pour moi. En arrivant, on nous annonce que la piscine est fermée, soi-disant parce que son entretien coûte trop cher. Dans ce cas, il ne faudrait pas l’afficher comme un service disponible lors de la réservation. C’est vraiment décevant et trompeur. "It was nice. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"Nous avons logé dans un grand appartement, dans l’ancienne chapelle du domaine. Il était magnifique, très propre et confortable. Nous avons profité de prendre nos repas dans la superbe cours aménagée du domaine. On y aurait passé la semaine avec plaisir. Nous avons aussi profité de la belle et tranquille plage, à 20 minutes de marche."
