"We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!"

"When we check the room dog hairs was on the bed and smells bad. Hotel owner accepted and I left the hotel. İt was not possible to stay that bed. I requested refund but not answered yet. I expect from Expedia and hotel to refund at least half of the amount. I left not stayed the hotel with my family late night. And drived until midnight to find another property to stay one night.
