The room was a great size and a comfy bed, the location was great for access to the town and the Pompeii Site. The venue had made us aware that there was no lift so we were able to split out a separate bag for the 1 night we stayed so it was fine (but if I had to carry our main suitcases up to the room that might have a different matter). Checkin/out was remote so no interaction with staff other than online, but communication via WhatsApp was helpful

We had an excellent stay at Casa Pacifico. The room was nicely appointed and had a great terrace and common area. You had to climb stairs to the hotel but the view was well worth it! We particularly enjoyed sitting on our terrace and enjoying a perfect view of Mt Vesuvius. The location was perfect as it was really a three minute walk to an entrance gate by the amphitheater to Pompeii.

Lovely room, very welcoming host. Check in managed by whatapp and very efficient. Water and soft drinks provided at a very reasonable price (1 euro for a bottle of water). Breakfast voucher covered a drink and delicious brioche at the adjacent cafe.

Really great spacious rooms. Responsive and helpful staff. Walls are thin so you hear your neighbours and parking dogs very well. Coffee shop below was awesome. There are a lot of stairs to get up to your room. By affordable Europe standards this was a great find!

Location and room are great however it is not convenient if you have big luggages since we had to carry them 2 stories up. There is no person to assist to carry them up on site. They assisted to store the luggages when we went to pompeii park. We communicated through messages.
