"We had the most wonderful 10 days here. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Anna, Fabio and the reception team were brilliant with travel advice and arranging visits to various attractions. Gennaro and the restaurant team had the amazing talent of making you feel like you were the only people they were looking after. So friendly and full of great tips on places to visit. And the food was incredible, so huge compliments to the chef as well. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The restaurant is awesome. Great breakfast. We loved our stay. Location is walking distance to Pompeii ruins as they are literally across the street. Only downside was some WiFi issues and an AC that was off and on. Some of that was in their control as weather wasn’t very hot outside"

"Very nice hotel conveniently located near the Pompeii ruins. Our only significant complaint was that the toilet did not flush well. Lots of water but not everything would go down. Very annoying. Bad design and nothing the staff could fix without replacing the toilet. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Our room faced the street but was quiet. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were helped us find nearby restaurants that were good and arranged for our taxi to the train station."

"Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. With some upgrades this place could be a 5 in the future."
