James’ Modern Cheerful Home!
- An adorable green house with a nice modern interior! Sleep well on 2 nice queen beds with brand new, top of the line mattress! Sit back and relax with a 65” TV or enjoy cooking a meal with a well stocked kitchen.
This house is located on Grand Ave just a few blocks away from beautiful downtown Ponca. It’s also very close to the P66 refinery.
If you need a baby crib set up just let me know and I will have one for you!

This space offers two comfortable queen beds with brand new, super comfortable mattresses. There is a washer and dryer to use at your convenience and It close to downtown Ponca City, the P66 refinery, and so much more!
