Resumiré toda mi experiencia ya que la plataforma me limita el escrito. Me estuve alojando en este apartamento para la fecha del 16-17 de diciembre de 2023 y mi experiencia fue HORRIBLE. Debo confesar que había visto unos cuantos reviews negativos pero por esto de que aveces no siempre los “bad reviews” son tan exactos como lo describen pues me di la oportunidad y ME ARREPIENTO. Para iniciar esta desagradable narrativa de mi historia y experiencia debo comenzar dejándoles saber que hice un viaje de 2 horas y medias para llegar a este lugar ya que me hospede en el mismo por compromiso deportivo con mi hija. Nunca me enviaron el email antes de las 24 horas como dicen,me comuniqué estando en las facilidades para el acceso a las facilidades me dejaron hora y media afuera literal en la calle con mis dos hijos menores de edad. Al entrar estaba todo sucio, escaleras, balaustres TODO, la habitación puro olor a HUMEDAD, el cuarto lleno de polvo por todos lados aún la cama, el aire no funcionaba, cuando logré encenderlo voto una verdadera bola de polvo que provocó que mi hija asmática comenzara a tocer. El baño tenía muchas paredes escascaradas y feas, la pluma no botaba casi agua y el calentador NUNCA nos funcionó, las sábanas que cubrían la cama estaban manchadas. Hice las llamadas pertinentes pero nunca me quisieron reembolsar, hacer un descuento o moverme a otra habitación. Ósea fui a limpiar a Ponce habiendo llegado tan cansada al cuarto. JAMÁS me volvería a quedar aquí.

Perfecto para pasar la noche

Es un lugar pequeño pero muy bien ubicado. Cerca de varios restaurantes. La escalera para el tercer piso nesecita iluminacion. El área de la piscina es muy agradable. Totalmente recomendado para pasar una noche en Ponce. El estacionamiento es en la calle. En las instrucciones del portón deben ser más específicos ya que tuvimos que llamar al número de contacto para poder accesar. Lo mismo le ocurrió a otro huésped. La limpieza estaba muy bien.

Great location!

Great safe location and walking distance to night life. Super comfortable for 2 or 3 people. The only issue that I had was that none of the keys worked to open the gate so that I could park my rental car inside versus leaving it outside on the street and that there was absolutely no cold water. It was all hot and in Puerto Rico you cannot shower with hot water. You need cold water to cool you down. Aside from that everything was great.

Need improvements

The parking and pool was not ready for use. The TV did not function. The electricity have problems. No coffee in the room. Uncomfortable stairs and nothing around for eat.
