"Charming cozy old house and so much charm. Everything was good and except for the bathroom. We had one full bath but the other said “rough” in the listing but it was down to the studs with exposed wires and nails. If I had little ones with me I would’ve been quite upset. I get DYI but be a bit more descriptive on what “rough” meant. Trash has hauled away the much I didn’t know till we got the message from the host so make sure you have room to take the trash with you. It snowed the whole time we were there so I appreciated there was a shovel on the porch to clear the steps. The host was super responsive and 5 min from Hunter mountain. The place will be so beautiful when it’s fully redone. "

"We just returned from a wonderful holiday family ski trip. The house accommodated 15 of us comfortably. 7 bedrooms to fit a large group of adults and kids. We enjoyed family time and watching tv in front of the fireplace. We had just enough room to eat cooked family meals and we played many of the board games the host had left for visitors. After skiing and tubing every day, we made good use of the immaculately clean indoor pool and sauna.Another great part of this house is the location. It is minutes to Hunter Mountain.The Host was always available to address all of our questions.Thanks we had a great time!"
