This place is very good. You should stay here. It's simple and straightforward, but you can tell that the owners/operators truly care and have sweated the details. This is a place where they can proudly invite their friends and family to stay. Name-brand toilet paper, nice shampoo and body wash and lotion, nice bathroom fixtures, nice towels, good mattresses, lots of hooks on the walls for hanging your gear, white noise machines to combat the train noise (which didn't bother me at all), and super easy self check-in. By far the best motel experience I've ever had. I'll be back.

This was our second time staying at the Outdoors Inn and we will most certainly return again next year. The owners have totally remodeled this motel and it’s wonderful. It is a great, convenient place to stay. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Thanks for a great place to stay while in town for the soccer tournaments!

It was a pleasure to stay 2 nights in this completely refurbished vintage motel. It was clean, convenient, and everyone on site was very friendly and helpful. Need earplugs, which they provide because the motel is right beside a busy highway.

Cute little boutique motel

Such a cute little boutique motel. Newly renovated, clean, quaint, comfortable and quiet. We slept great! It is located on the main road and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Easy checkin and checkout. We will definitely stay here again.

Favourite spot in Sandpoint

We always stay here when we come to Sandpoint. The rooms are equipped with ear plugs, white noise machines, and yummy coffee. Always so clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend.

This hotel is recently remodeled. We had a room with a kitchenette, and that had great amenities, but scant toiletries (a tiny packet of kleenex, like two.) We were unaware that this property was very close to the highway and thus noisy. Earplugs and white noise machines aren't the answer. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked with good food. Very unusual to not speak to a hotel employee for check-in or check-out, and the office is unmanned much of the time.

This hotel was perfect! Clean and nicely decorated. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in the Sandpoint area. Easy check in. You can park right in front of your room. No stairs or elevators. Super convenient. Not your typical motel.

Owners are amazing! And have done a great job woth the remodel. Dont let this roadside motel fool you, its perfect especially after those long days driving. BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE!! Only wish they had extra thick blankets available. Other then that, we will definitely be back!
