COTTAGE CHARMING QUIET, VIEW ESTEREL, 4/5 GUESTS

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Chemin d'accès au gite un peu étroit mais une fois que nous l'avons eu fait quelques fois, cela allait. On est vite dans la ville avec accès au Supermarché et aux petits commerçants (à privilégier : boucherie près de la Halle, et petit commerce local de fruits/légumes...au Rond point).Il y a énormément de documentations sur les alentours mis à disposition dans le gite, ce qui est vraiment bien pour prévoir des activités et Mme Cappo est très disponible pour donner des conseils pour des restaurants, lieux à visiter... et diverses explications. Nous avons pu visiter tous les petits villages aux alentours en soirée ou tôt en matinée.Nous n'avons quasiment pas vu les propriétaires vivant pourtant juste au-dessus.Le Lac à proximité avec des plages privée est très bien également.Piscine top avec la plage pour pouvoir s'y installer les pieds dans l'eau et lire un bon bouquin. Zone d'ombre prévue pour éviter le soleil. Logement super bien équipé, complet. Système de tri bien expliqué et limitant ainsi le nombre de déchets.Pour moi qui souffre de la chaleur, il manquait juste un système de climatisation ou un ventilateur mais nous arrivions quand même à garder la maison au frais avec les conseils de la propriétaire. Merci à madame pour Cappo pour son accueil et sa disponibilité."

"Magnifique séjour dans cette villa où rien ne manque ( des divers ustensiles de cuisine aux nombreux ventilateurs...). Proprièté très calme et très spacieuse. La cuisine extérieure avec vaisselle, frigo, et lave vaisselle est un réel confort supplémentaire pour les apéros et repas en terrasse."

"Wir, 10 Personen, waren vom 04.07.bis 14.07. in der Unterkunft zu Gast. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und es gab keine Probleme mit der Anfahrt zum Haus ( da hatten wir schon viel schwierigere Anfahrtswege in der Region zu meistern ). Die Aussicht am Haus ist phänomenal. Der grosse Pool war ein absoluter Glücksfall, da es während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr heiss war. Das Haus hat eine gute Zimmeraufteilung und wir hatten alle genügend Platz.Das Inventar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einiges müsste erneuert werden, es handelt sich dabei eher um Kleinigkeiten, wie neuer Wasserkocher etc.. Auch auf Sauberkeit müsste mehr geachtet werden.Desweiteren müsste die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses vielleicht nochmal überarbeitet werden, die Angabe eines Studios auf dem Grundstück irritiert etwas, da dieses Studio vom Hausverwalter genutzt wird, jedenfalls als wir dort waren. Auf jeden Fall ist aber genug Platz für 14 Personen im Haupthaus.Der Ort Saint Cezaire ist wunderschön, mit kleinrn Lokalen und einem Supermarkt,der alles bietet, was man braucht. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Gegend und da schaut man gerne über kleine Mängel hinweg."

"Le logement est très agréable et bien équipé. A proximité de commerce et d'un lac permettant des activités proches de l'hébergement. C'est un lieu calme qui permet aussi de se détendre dans la nature sans être coupé du monde. L'hôte est à l'écoute et réceptif, la literie est de bonne qualité et propre. Je recommande."

"We had an amazing couple of weeks with our children and friends. The location is brilliant with wonderful views, a nearby lake with inflatable assault courses, the property has great facilities, a lovely big pool, a choice of outside spaces that ensures you don’t feel too much need to venture out everyday and although we had a number of children with us we managed to find enough space for some peace and quiet when needed as well as lots of fun! The kitchen was great with a big hob, ice machine, 2 dishwashers and plenty of cooking equipment. There were a few small negatives that are worth a mention, a dirty bbq, which we chose not to use, we were not aware that two of the bedrooms are not accessed via the main house but have their own outside doors which made putting kids in them a bit tricky, we ran out of gas for a day on the kitchen cooker, mosquitos are an issue so it’s worth having plenty of repellant and the nights were very hot without air con during a heat wave with little night time air movement, they did have loads of fans though which helped. That said we would definitely recommend this property as we had a great time."
Stunning views, great place, heated pool

"We had an amazing stay in Jurgen's fabulous villa. It was everything we hoped it would be - and more.It is perfectly located in the hills of Speracedes, about 30 minutes north west of Cannes, which makes getting to Cannes, Nice, Antibes and Monaco really easy.We discussed some wonderful local restaurants and found the village of Cabris 3 km up from the villa to be a great source of restaurants and walks, as well as being an idyllic southern French town.The villa itself is well-kept, with enough sleeping space for us 5 adults across 5 double-beds. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs, along with laundry facilities and more than welcome portable A/C units.The views from the villa are absolutely stunning, with the Mediterranean just about visible!We will absolutely stay here again and certainly recommend the villa to others."
