Absolutely unbelievable stay. The best hotel i have ever stayed at. Unreal complimentary breakfast, incredible staff and unbelievable restaraunt and bar. The food was amazing. The pool, views, gym, hikes, location, all were fabulous. Couldn’t recommend more!

The staff were very helpful with an urgent matter and generally make everything easy. It's a very nice hotel. The location is a bit isolated but very peaceful and conveniently located between many attractions on both ends of the island. Definitely rent a car if you're comfortable and you'll be within 15-20 minutes of P Delgado, 30-40 minutes from other attractions.

What a beautiful location for a resort. Hiking and the ocean right out there in front of the hotel. A great staff that is friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and resort is spotless. Also centrally located for travel to all of the sites. Loved our stay!

it was peaceful beautiful clean and perfect for my getaway ..its a 17 min drive to ponta delgada the busy city and just a short drive to other restaurants and other areas if you wanted something outside from the hotel

Our rooms were clean, but we always had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. Our wait in the bar area and the dining room were not very friendly. You're unable to get any other kind of drink besides, what is on the menu like a simple, cranberry juice and vodka cannot be made for you. Would I come back yes. Got a massage that was the best one I've ever had. She was great! Wish I could remember her name. The pool outdoors had a lot of mold. I'm not sure if that's because of the weather or it didn't get cleaned like it should.

Property was very clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful. I needed toilet paper for my room and they said they couldn’t give me any. They ended up sending a housekeeper up with some but it’s just the point that it was like pulling teeth to get some. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Hotel bar needs a better payment system, lots of family member’s meals and drinks ended up on our tab. At one point our tab was on some random person’s room number which we made sure to fix. Overall, our stay was pleasant, with some minor flaws.

There are no words to express how beautiful my ocean view with a balcony room was. I heard waves all night. Bubble baths while staring at the ocean. Paul was at the desk when I arrived. I’d spoken to him a week earlier and he made sure I understood the Resort was away from the city. He was absolutely amazing. The staff the food the drinks were everything. La fo Breeze was my favorite drink. Watermelon liqueur and tequila. OMG!!!! The Salmon!!! OMG!!!! It was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. But I’m a minimalist so for me be looking at the ocean under the moon was perfect. That view was mesmerizing!! Clean space nice look. Chill vibe!!! I couldn’t get enough!!! I’ll definitely come back. 10/10!!!!!!! The staff were friendly polite calm and very helpful. Made sure I had everything I needed. I’ll remember I can only tip with cash. I love that place. It has a special place in my heart forever!!! Thank you for an amazing Summer 2026 ❤️🙏🙈💯🎯😊!

The hotel was amazing! It is beautiful and clean. Such a wonderful view. My only negative was the massage rooms are right next to the indoor pool so it was a bit hard to relax with children screaming/crying and toilets flushing. (Not blaming the children, just the location of the rooms could be better situated somewhere else)
