The rhythm of the waves greets you each morning as sunlight spills across the decks and ocean air drifts through open doors. From the rooftop sundeck, you can watch the horizon glow at sunrise and linger at dusk as the sky softens over the water. This coastal home invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the simple beauty of Ponte Vedra Beach. Sorry, no pets.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms offer comfort for up to six guests. The primary suite opens to the outdoors and includes a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower fitted with grab bars and a bench. Additional bedrooms provide restful spaces with soft linens, extra pillows, and a calm, coastal atmosphere.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for preparing meals together. Gather around the dining table for breakfast before heading out to the beach, or return in the evening to cook and share dinner after a day in the sun. A washer and dryer are provided for convenience during longer stays.

Outdoor living
Step outside to take in ocean and Intracoastal views from the upper decks or relax in the sunroom with a book and a breeze. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop sundeck, the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink under the open sky. Down below, the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area invite you to savor meals in the fresh air.

Amenities
You’ll find thoughtful touches throughout, including WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, flat-screen TV and bathroom essentials. Home safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit provide peace of mind. Free parking is available on the premises, and guests can enjoy self check-in with a lockbox.

Neighborhood
Deeded beach access lies just across the street, while South Ponte Vedra Park is only a mile away with a wheelchair-accessible entrance. Explore the nearby shops and restaurants of St. Augustine’s historic district, or venture three miles south to the Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve for hiking, kayaking, and wildlife watching. Please note that pets are not permitted.
