"Estuvimos 3 noches en una habitación "superior" en la segunda planta. Lo más positivo es que hacía frío y la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente y que la cama era muy grande y cómoda.
Sin embargo, cuando llegamos nos comunicaron que el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y no sabrían cuando el problema estaría solucionado (duró toda la estancia). En recepción dijeron que no había nada que pudieran hacer, no había un segundo ascensor o servicio de subida de maletas o alguna otra opción.
