Nice hotel

Here is a revised and improved version of the review: The Hotel Excelsior was a wonderful place to stay during my recent visit. The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from all the major attractions and transportation hubs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable - a true home away from home. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality, fresh items to choose from. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was unfailingly polite, friendly, and eager to assist. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Hotel Excelsior and would not hesitate to recommend it to family, friends, or anyone visiting the area. The combination of an ideal location, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch hospitality made it the perfect choice for my trip. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit to the city.

The service was flawless—attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight: a delectable spread of fresh and flavorful options that catered to every taste. Conveniently located directly opposite the central train station, the hotel also offers the rare luxury of free and easy parking, making it a perfect choice for travelers. This is a delightful historic hotel conveniently located near the Poprad-Tatry train station and within walking distance of several other establishments and sites. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is excellent and helpful for everything. We would return here again! Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the attached restaurant/cafe was also surprisingly good.

Great hotel near train station, excellent service

The hotel is just next to the train station, but there was no noise at all in the room. Service was excellent, staff at reception as well as in the restaurant was very helpful. Nice breakfast as well.
