You’ll receive a 5% immediate payment discount if you pay in full immediately after booking and waive the free cancellation option. Its wonderful location right on the blue lagoon, with its sparkling blue waters, makes the resort one of the most beautiful in this part of the Adriatic coast. Thanks to its location right on the sea, it is particularly well-suited for families with children who enjoy spending plenty of time at the beach. The multilingual entertainment team ensures the best entertainment for young and old alike: children ages 4 to 12 can enjoy games, sports, and fun at the mini-club. For adults, sports tournaments are organized, and morning exercise or aqua aerobics are offered daily (except Saturdays). In the evening, live music and exciting shows are on the program. There’s also a playground where children can let off steam. The resort features a large pool for adults as well as a children’s pool. In addition to various restaurants that cater to your culinary needs, the resort also features a beach volleyball court (free of charge), as well as a tennis court, a mini-golf course, a basketball court, bike rentals, various water sports options, and table tennis tables (for a fee).
Studio S2TP1 accommodates up to 3 people. The unit features a combined living room/bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed. In the living area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space. The living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom features a bathtub, a sink, a hair dryer, and a toilet. The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, is the perfect spot to relax while the children play on the playground or by the pool. The drive from the Croatian border takes about 40 minutes. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, you may also check out the day before. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The first thing that will catch your eye at the beach is the beautiful, crystal-clear water. The resort is located right next to the beautiful pebble beach of the Blue Lagoon, which is easily accessible on foot. Sun loungers are available for rent on the beach. Around the resort, sunbathers will find a variety of beaches, ranging from pebble beaches to paved beaches and even grassy beaches. Guests can enjoy a variety of water sports for a fee, such as windsurfing, sailing, or pedal boats.
POOL
A dip in the refreshing waters of the pool area is sure to cool you off. There is a large pool for adults as well as a children’s pool. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available around the pool for relaxation. A lifeguard ensures your safety.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During the height of summer, a multilingual entertainment team provides top-notch entertainment for young and old alike. For children between the ages of 4 and 12, there is a mini-club where they can let off steam all day long with various games, workshops, and sports. The resort also features a playground where your children can play to their hearts’ content. For adults, the multilingual entertainment team organizes sports tournaments such as beach soccer, beach volleyball, water polo, and much more. Those who want to start the day with some exercise can participate in morning calisthenics or aqua aerobics daily (except Saturdays). In the evening, there’s a mini-disco for the younger guests, and an evening entertainment program featuring live music, dancing, and exciting shows is offered for everyone.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The resort features a beach volleyball court that can be used free of charge. In addition, a tennis court, table tennis tables, a mini-golf course, and a basketball court are available for a fee, and you can rent bicycles at the resort. Various water sports are offered on the beach for a fee. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy, whether it’s windsurfing, a short pedal boat ride, sailing, or scuba diving.
SHOPPING
The resort has its own small supermarket where you’ll find groceries as well as everyday items. There is also a newsstand on the premises that offers a selection of souvenirs.
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. If you’d rather have your meals prepared for you while on vacation, you can enjoy local and international cuisine as well as delicious seafood specialties at one of the resort’s restaurants. Of course, you can also take advantage of the half-board option at favorable rates (this can be booked on-site; no advance reservation is required). In just a few minutes, you can also reach the beautiful town of Poreč, where you’ll find many more restaurants to try.

Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula, there are several towns worth visiting. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Poreč, as well as Pula and Umag themselves, offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historic buildings that are definitely worth seeing. Various amusement parks, such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or the Glavani Climbing Park, offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine cave. Seafood lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you’ll find all kinds of fish, prepared in countless ways. You’ll also find excellent wine in Croatia. So if you’re looking to treat yourself, you’ve come to the right place. There’s plenty of entertainment in the evenings, too. Croatians love festivals, music, and getting together—whether at a nightclub, on the beach promenade, or in a small alleyway. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The inland area behind the coastline offers many forests, bike paths, and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or active travelers will find plenty to enjoy. The famous weekly markets are usually held daily in Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula.
