The best hotel in Pori

The hotel room was adequately cooled on the hot days we stayed. Cost for the room and parking spot was a bargain. Location is unbeatable compared to other hotels in Pori.

Great and clean stay

I can definitely recommend a stay. Nice, clean and easy with good standard. The only thing I missed was the morning coffee. But there was a refrigerator and cattle ao we could have brought coffee, we also had a sauna in our room. It was quiet and good beds.

It was a straightforward "I need a room to sleep" kind of visit. Everything worked fine in the clean and rather spacious room. There is no dedicated restaurant, but there are several restaurants, pubs, and hotels just around a corner.

Bare bones hotel with the smallest pillows we’ve ever seen. No safe in the room, which meant that we had to carry our passports with us or just leave them in the room; neither makes us comfortable. On the plus side, there is a free laundry room, great if you’re on an extended trip, and common kitchen facilities.

The downside was that when booking our stay, it was not stated that parking is not free. If I read in the information that parking spaces are available, I assume that already included to booking. Fee is totally fine, but please put a note somewhere that there is an additional charge.

Hotel was inexpensive but dated and old and not like what the photos show. Staff was friendly but confusing that the checkin office is several blocks away on a different street than the hotel. There was no towels provided so had to use a bed sheet instead, and when I did found the bed to have bad stains. Again, a sign of an old hotel in need of major renovation.

Check in passcode using mobile app did not work. Had to wait outside in freezing cold and try to contact hotel management many times. Finally after receiving the code, it worked at the elevator, did not work to open the room. Called again and waited until someone came to open. As an international traveller, this is a very inconvenient system. Using a card system is much better. Next door pub is not helpful either. Wasted a lot of time

Parasta hotellissa oli hyvä sijainti ja ystävällinen henkilökunta vastaanotossa. Huone oli myös siisti. Miinuksena oli säilytystilan puute huoneessa ja kylpyhuoneessa. Mikäli vaatetta on hieman pitemmälle vierailulle, niin niitä pitää säilyttää matkalaukussa. Suihkun kallistukset johtivat veden pesualtaan ja WC-istuimen eteen.

Huone oli siisti, mutta niukasti varusteltu pistorasioiden ja valojen osalta. Yhden kaapissa olevan silityslaudan (ei rautaa) olisi voinut korvata henkaritangolla, jota muuten oli vain n. 40 cm. Pysäköintipaikat olivat kaukana, mutta torillakin saattoi pysäköidä maksutta klo 18 - 8 . Aamiainen oli riittävä vaikka olikin eri rakennuksessa.
