"Ty Maria" is a typical house, fully renovated, measuring 50 m² over two levels and able to accommodate up to 4 people.

It has two bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with a private bathroom, a toilet, a television and a small balcony.

On the ground floor, the open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a French press, a toaster, a citrus press, a blender, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The living-dining room has a television and a WIFI connection with fibre. An additional bathroom and an independent toilet complete this level.
