Poroszló. The holiday home is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property.

1st floor: Living room (30 sqm, walk-through room) with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed (only suitable under the year of 2), TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). All windows and external doors are secured with fly screens. American kitchen in the living room (10 sqm, walk-through room) with gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, fridge (120 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. All windows and external doors are secured with fly screens. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
Top floor: Bedroom with 4 single beds and access to the balcony (garden furniture).
