The lady was so sweet and happy to check me in. Tell me about the area. The room was clean just on small tube of shampoo and 1 small bar soap. The ac was not working. The bed seemed small for 1 person. Ice machine and snack machine was pretty much empty.

Great place for the price
Gret place for the price. Other than a few stains on the carpet, I had a good stay. Good location, only minutes away from food and shopping.
the main caveat was that they allow anytime check-in at no additional charge. Since I work 24-hour shifts and get off work in the morning, this is a huge benefit for my personal needs.
I will be returning and making this my primary hotel for the Part Arthur area.
