Great place for a getaway

Really nice comfortable home. You can tell it is well-loved by the owners, and it is delightful that they share it with others. We were meeting family who were staying a few miles away so we really didn't get to spend as much time in the house, or explore the beach, other than a late night walk, but it is a great location and a well equipped and comfortable place to stay.

Cute home close to beach

This home was very clean and communication with the host of the home was prompt and easy. Only complaint we had after staying in the home was the house sways and could potentially cause "sea sickness".

Very Cozy!

This house was great for my husband, daughter, friend, and myself. Access to the beach was very easy and close. The house itself had everything you need! We packed way more than we had to. We enjoyed our time here and hope to book again in the future.

Beautiful property close to the beach!

This property was so fantastic, the pictures don’t do it justice! The beds and pillows were so incredibly comfortable and the couches were soft and squishy! We had an issue with the air conditioner but the contact was super quick to respond and fixed the issue with in a matter of minutes! Will book here next year for our events again!

This was a 10 min walk to beach or you could drive onto the beach. I wish you could see it from the property. It’d also be nice if there were some beach items there to use like chairs, boogie boards, umbrella. Nice open living area and kitchen. bring own dryer sheets and baggies. Comfy beds with soft sheets.

Overall it was ok. The fridge had an issue day 1, they were very responsive and had a backup for us quickly. Most of the beds were comfortable but the living room furniture is very worn. The house Sleeps 8 but not enough living room or dining seating for more than 4. We had 5 so someone was always left out. Not ideal for more than 4 but overall it worked.

Great spot

House was nice, not a lot of space for sitting in the living room only four spots. Kitchen did have ants we found out after purchasing donuts and the box was full next morning and the house did sway which we read in prior reviews. But overall would recommend very clean, great location, quiet neighborhood.

Lovely home, nice stay!

100% recommend staying here! First the good:1. Easy to find2. Clean throughout3. Great parking4. Nice home5. Nicely stocked kitchen/plenty of towels in bathrooms6. Comfortable, clean beds7. Communicative and accommodating caretaker8. Pet friendly9. Nice touches around the home that made it feel cozy and welcoming10. Nice deck (wish we could have it enjoyed it more but the weather sucked)My couple small complaints1. The yard needed to be mowed. 2. .The Direct TV sucked lol (bad weather all weekend so we had to stay inside alot)Neutral1. There were some ants that came to visit. My bad for leaving cupcakes on the counter. (This was reported to caretaker :) )2. The stairs were steep! Lol If you have trouble with stairs be aware.3. The house does sway if its really windy...and it was very windy during our stay (they are supposed to). Overall, highly recommend!

Good week

Mow the lawn! Every property around us was mowed. I know it was wet, but even my lab was leary of the long grass. Might be a skunk under the shed, never saw but dogs were interested.House is great...king size bed slept wonderful, double recliners very comfortable, internet was good (i set up workstation on dining room table. 25 exterior steps.. a lot for 76 year old hubby. Great under house parking. We were able to back our 5th wheel in, plus parked 2 trucks. .

Overall, we had a great experience. Rental agency was on point; Paige was so friendly, helpful and nice. House does sway more than any we’ve stayed at so consider this if you get motion sick. This was NOT an issue for us.Pros:-Very clean upon arrival, smelled great!-Very comfortable master bed-Extremely communicative and accommodating rental agency (Paige)-House was ready before check-in which was so nice and convenient!-There is a broom and vacuum which is nice; many rentals we’ve been to don’t have these available-While not an easy walking distance to beach, definitely a very quick drive!-So nice having a dog run and area for our pup!-Super close to The Big Store and Family DollarConsiderations:-House accommodates up to 8, but there is only seating for 4 at the table and in the living area. Another love seat and kitchen chair or two would be great. Seating is very comfy though!-Bring a streaming stick as there aren’t many channel options

Great Time

We had a great time at 'Just Lei'n Low' . The location was great, very close to stores and restraunts, easy beach access by car or walking and not too crowded on the beach. The house was comfortable and met our needs. The house is very pet-friendly - they provide food/water bowls and a dig bed, plus the fenced in area was great for my dog. The stairs were our only vice, but that issue comes with most beach house rentals. 'Just Lei'n Low' was affordable and thecEvolve team and co tact is noce and easy. The neighborhood was quiet.

Great Stay

We only stayed two days but it was a great place to stay. Unfortunately the much needed rain decided to dampen the Labor Day weekend but the home itself was great. We never could get the wifi to work but maybe that was due to the weather. The home had everything we needed and although it wasn’t as close to the beach as some other places we have stayed it is still just a short drive and is really close to The Big Store and everything else you might need. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Hospitality

We love Crystal Beach as it is our Happy Place and we take our kids at least 4-5 times through out the year. The hospitality of the owner was amazing as the storm hit a week before our stay and most houses had no power. But the owner worked with keeping us updated and we enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend this house as it’s close to everything but the many key is the hospitality to make sure the customer is taken care of. We for sure plan to stay again very soon.
