  • Welcome to Sharks & Seashells! This breath taking 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom ocean view home in The Breakers neighborhood offers easy beach access, and sunset bay views. Perfect for families or groups. One minute walking distance from the beach. The neighborhood has vehicle access to the beach as well. Plenty of side yard parking for trailers.
    Sharks & Seashells offers 3 separate balconies to enjoy ocean and bay views. An expansive outdoor area with a fenced playground, picnic tables and bar area. The house has 4 beautifully designed private bedrooms and a massive loft that sleeps 10. The loft also includes a shuffleboard table perfect space for kids or teens. The house has 3 full bathrooms and an extra powder room in the loft area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and island seating that fits 8. Starlink Wi-Fi up to 400+ Mbps
    Other Things to Note: The minimum age to book this property is 23 years old. We do not accept reservations from individual under 23. A valid ID may be required at check-in to verity age compliance
