"The apartment is good value,well situated near one of the beaches and it is great to be on the ground floor. We appreciated the washing machine and the kitchen facilities provided and overall we were happy with the communication provided by the agency. But unfortunately when we had a problem accessing the information due to problems with our email ( not our fault nor the property manager’s) we were disappointed that despite all our efforts we were not able to gain access to the apartment on the first night. The advertising with the listing could make it clearer which numbers to call in a case such as ours where due to no fault of our own we did not receive the information sent by the agency- even though we now know they sent it all. "

""concierge" très sympathique, mais pb de communication pour récupération de la clé.Ne pas oublier d'expliquer pour le code d'accès ( boutons du haut et du bas)appartement agréable, vue sur du vert en plus de la route, et un peu de mer.plaques électriques pas pratiques pour cuisiner, d'autant que les boutons n'indiquent ni la plaque concernée, ni les chiffres de puissance, donc pas facile.grande piscine appréciable en cette saison (pas bondée) et accès mer très simple.Par contre, sans voiture, peu de choix pour les courses dans la supérette proche et difficulté d'accès, surtout un jour férié (sans navette électrique)"

"We had a wonderful time in May 2025 with our three boys ages 11, 9 and 7. The club is beautiful and well maintained. Pools were perfect for our boys (4 pools in total if you count the kiddies pool separately). We went to the buffet for breakfast and dinner every day. There was lots of variety but not so much that it was overwhelming. Breakfast included hot drinks and juice. Dinner included wine (self service) and water (still and sparkling). There are two tennis courts, football pitch/basketball court, three table tennis tables and adventure playground to keep the kids entertained. All equipment can be borrowed from reception. We flew into Nimes airport which is abut 40 minutes away. You can get a shuttle bus to/from the airport into Nimes centre and then a bus to/from Le Grau-Du-Roi or the hotel can book a taxi transfer (which is about €130) if you phone them to book before you arrive. We were pretty much the only English family in the resort. Mainly French families staying there. Most of the staff speak fantastic English however in the local area it was a struggle with communicating as not a super touristy place for English. That being said, we managed at shops and restaurants and used Google translate when needed! Our room was nice and comfortable. Compact but enough space. Stairs to upstairs was quite steep and narrow and could have done with a hand rail. We honestly had the best time and would 100% recommend to families or anyone wanting to stay in this part of France."
