Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic home, amazing location, great privacy. Perfect place!

Home was spotless - I mean REALLY CLEAN. Great amenities, nicely decorated, all the conveniences of home and great privacy. The perfect spot for our family's Christmas getaway. Neighbours on the street were so nice. It was a shame we had to leave. Can't wait to come back. Honestly, this is the perfect place. Don't second guess it, book your stay here right away.

Truly a home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was so clean, and stocked with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable. The pool was too cold to really use during our stay, but I loved the lanai still. The hot tub isn’t hot. The water was so same temp as the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

DON'T RENT ME!!

Pool heater didn't work for 5 days that I paid for and took another 5 days to heat up again! Whirlpool was broken and didn't work for the 2 months we stayed! Getting into the home was a nightmare! Price was extremely high for what was there!!!

One thing we noticed on Sat was that the pool pump didn’t appear to shut off. I called on Sunday at 08:00 am and notified maintenance. No return call. Pump ran all day on Monday. Called again on Monday. I offered to shut the breaker off for the pump. Finally on Tuesday afternoon someone came and fixed it. We were concerned about the electric usage when it wouldn’t shut off. Beautiful place, would rent it again. Clean and all the utensils one would need . Pool area beautiful with tables, chairs and plenty of lounge chairs. Living room drapes are missing quite a few panels and a sign on the kitchen counter indicated a fire extinguisher was to be kept in that spot, however, one wasn’t there. A wonderful supply of paperbacks and children’s games. We tried to book another stay and our timeframe was already booked for 2024.

Disappointed

The heating of the pool should not be an option, but included because people living out of state don’t know ahead of time whether or not the heating of the pool would be necessary. Advertised as a spa, but hot tub/spa didn’t work. Bugs in lanai due to numerous holes in the screen. Pass code was 10 digits and had to beg to use the key instead. Microwave was ineffective. Garbage in garage full and smelled, causing flys in home whenever door from garage into home opened. Couldn’t park in the garage?! No remote to garage for easy access. Couldn’t get central air temperature lowered without contacting manager first?! Backyard view is awful. Very hard water. King bed mattress sunk and was uncomfortable. Besides all things not happy with, all in all a very beautiful home and location.

Nice home

The interior of the home is nicely decorated and very clean, furniture in great shape, beds comfortable with the exception of the master bedroom (bed was on the soft side, sunken in the middle), all appliances were in working order, kitchen equipped with essentials. Pool deck area nice and tidy, great area to relax poolside and get some sunshine. Pool on the other hand could do with some TLC. Lots of insects and black material floating around, dirt and dust on the bottom of the pool which seemed to coincide after a rainfall so I am assuming stuff just got washed in. There is a hole in the lanai. Water temperature quite cold for our liking, pool isn't heated and I saw pool maintenance only once during our entire time there. In toll I myself used the pool three times in the evening hours as it seemed to be warmer then. All such a shame as that's what I was looking forward to. Access to the home was really very frustrating. The code we were given did not work, we kept getting denied entry, it worked once and then never worked again. Was able to get access to a lock box with front door key eventually. No hot water in the master bathroom sink which turned out to be a shut off water valve at the bottom of sink. A few hit and misses here but we managed and were comfortable and safe.

DO NOT RENT FROM VACASA

The home we stayed in was comfortable and clean inside. The pool looked as if it had slime all over the walls. The patio furniture had mold and mildew all over it. Turned out the pool was actually clean, it's just that the owners are too cheap to pay for the metal treatment for the pool water, in order to prevent the discoloration. It took THREE days to get to ANYONE who would help with that, so for 3 days we did not use a pool that was simply stained. The pool furniture, however, was unusable. VACASA says they have a "local presence", but that person never appeared. Instead, she begged us for pictures of the pool and patio furniture. If she was local, why didn't she come and look for herself? They also expect you to replace all the "amenities" the owner left, including laundry detergent, which there was none of. AND, they expect you to use that non-existent detergent to start a load of linens and towels before the maids get there. AND, they say, on their signs in the home, that you should put all recycling and trash in the outside containers (no problem), but then they say to put the containers in the garage, which renters don't have access to. When we arrived, the recycling container was full to the brim and the garbage container was full of NASTY stinking garbage. I will never rent from vacasa again, and you should sever your relationship with them. Shame on vacasa.
