The lady at the front desk was friendly but seemed a bit unorganized, which made check-in take a little longer than expected. The room itself was okay, though the AC could have been colder. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave, which made it a little inconvenient, and there were no outlets or chargers near the bed. You can also hear quite a bit of noise from outside and the neighboring rooms. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I am super finikey about where I stay. I’ve never stayed at Microtel until now. I was extremely pleased with staff and hotel. I will certainly recommend anyone to stay here. Pleasantly surprised!

The hotel was nice as well as the staff… however we did not have a good stay.. we checked in late at 8PM went to dinner came back at 10PM then went to bed.. lost power at 2AM with no lights, TV, AC etc. It was horrible for our one night stay and we were very uncomfortable…. In addition, we were on the third floor and had to take the stairs up and down since the elevator didn’t work! Unfortunately our one night stay didn’t turn out good. We checked out around 8AM and there was still no power restored… it was extremely difficult for us. It was a bit of a nightmare… We would like to be refunded for our night stay and get a future night free for the inconvenience. Thanks, Anisa Rivera

Clean beds. AC need on early and keep humidity out

No coffee unit in my single bedroom. My cost was more 20% while others with 2 beds and kitchen were cost less. They have a coffee maker. Rooms and bed are real clean! Front desk are very good.
