The Spa was way too busy. It was impossible to get access to the outdoor hot tubs as people got in early and never left them for the whole session. There were lots of guests, including us, who missed on that experience. I think some sort of fair use system must be put into place because I reckon this must happen all the time.

After we checked out in the morning we decided to have a coffee before our journey home but we found it difficult to do this as all the bar areas were closed which was quite bizarre. We were eventually accommodated in an area of a dining room which really wasnโ€™t suitable.
