"Beautifully decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. An evening soak in the outdoor tub was fabulous and peaceful. The ocean view and sunsets were lovely. We highly recommend staying at Island Alchemy for a quiet get away."
"This is a 100 year old hotel in the village of Alert Bay. Our room had a small balcony with a great view. The breakfast included bread, fruit and yogurt.
The dining room downstairs had a limited menu. Don’t pay any attention to the one posted online. Prices, of course were higher , but the food was good. "

No TV, excellent but good internet to keep in touch with home.Not only would I stay there again, I would buy it if money were no object. A resident eagle kept watch from the neighbours tree and passing whales were exciting to see. Thank you for your hospitality."
