The hotel looks nice and is very safe. The staff were super friendly and accomdating. When we came to check in our room wasn't ready yet, partly due to us trying to check in early. The front reception staff gave us an access key to get into Vision City to have a look around whilst we waited. The easy access to Vision City is great making it super easy to do a little shopping or to eat out. We had a great view overlooking the John Guise Stadium, the windows were a little dirty but apart from that we had a great stay.

better book another hotel

It was stressful. Check-in wasn't until 2 p.m., or we had to pay 300 kina for an hour earlier. They asked us to check out at 10 a.m. because they wanted us to get rid of them. Dinner was only until 10 a.m., and then everyone started making a fuss, paying and leaving everything.
