"Pure Salt Port Adriano is truly a top-tier luxury hotel and an incredible place to stay in Mallorca. From the moment we arrived, the staff and service were absolutely outstanding — warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Every interaction felt thoughtful and intentional, which made our stay feel special from start to finish. The amenities are excellent: beautiful views, well-maintained grounds, a relaxing spa experience, and an overall peaceful, upscale atmosphere. The hotel is impeccably clean, and everything feels premium without being overwhelming. One thing worth noting for future travelers: the crowd does tend to skew older and is not very diverse, which may or may not matter depending on what you’re looking for. That said, if your priority is relaxation, luxury, exceptional service, and a refined environment, this place absolutely delivers. Overall, this is an amazing hotel and a fantastic choice for couples, honeymooners, or anyone looking for a serene and high-quality stay in Mallorca. I would happily return and highly recommend it."

" Honestly everything was great once we got there but the service before? Was awful. AWFUL. I wanted to add a guest to my reservation and I could not get in contact with them. I travel a lot and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I tried to reach out to the hotel 6 times. I called and they answered but once I said “Hello?”, They hung up on me immediately. I then got a friend who spoke Spanish and they continued the conversation. This happened 3 times and refused to help me with my issue. I used the contact form on the website, I emailed them all over a month in advance, and no response. I even asked Expedia for help and they refused to amend my reservation or offer assistance. So when I got there, the lady working did not apologize nor offer kindness or regret about what had happened. Instead she charged us more than we paid for the initial booking and more than the Bahia Del Sol website price for a double room for two people. This would not had been such a hassle for any other hotel I’ve been to. Nor would it have been such a steep fee when the room already held space for two people. I’m thoroughly disappointed especially since it is a beautiful resort. "

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. Check in was easy. The villa was lovely and clean with all bedrooms made up, with spare bedding and heaters if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need and was nice and spacious so everyone could help cook. Plenty of space to sit both inside and out, room for all the family. The pool area was great and the outside toilet and shower meant no walking wet feet inside. The villa was easy to find and is in a nice quiet area. The best bit of this villa is without a doubt the view, we highly recommend staying here."

"We have just returned from a fantastic stay in El Toro at this lovely apartment. The views are incredible and you have everything you could need within walking distance - beach, restaurants etc. If you want to travel slightly further afield then there is a bus which goes from just outside the apartment block - Santa Ponsa is only 10mins away. Excellent communication with the property owner Peter and we had no issues at all. Thank you for helping us have a lovely family holiday!"

"Our room was faultless - clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Supermarket right in front, beach just over the pavement. No clubs or very loud bars close by - these were located by the Deya apartments which is a 15min walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Both receptionists we met were kind and very helpful. We'd love to go back !"
