"Staff at the reception were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. I particularly appreciate Polina and Konstantin who were always there to help with whatever questions I had. I also want to mention the staff at the restaurant who were assisting with breakfast. Additionally, my room was cleaned every day and every time when I was outside in the city."

"Nice location to the ferries. When I checked in, I had a hard time communicating with the front desk even if he was speaking English. He indicated that my room was supposed to be ready but to wait a few minutes. I waited but the desk did not update me. I had to ask if ready after waiting 30 minutes. The room was large and had a kitchenette behind some Cupboard doors. Very strange swing doors to the bathroom. The roller blind on my door to terrace came undone - the bell person came and did his best to roll it up but broken. I also noted sugar ants the next morning."

"I only had one night in Athens before heading off to Paros and Filon was perfect. Lovely staff who were really helpful in helping me to check in for my ferry when the app wasn’t working! The room was basic but very clean and I had a great nights sleep. I’ll be staying again at the end of my trip."

"Perfect location for a pre or post cruise stay. % mins from the cruise port, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Piraeus and right next to two good restaurants. Average buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. All in all, good value for money."

"An older hotel in desperate need of renovation but clean & near the port. Nice little balcony to sit on ours overlooked the park. Hot water although shower needed updating. No safe or kettle in room which would’ve been nice. Breakfast was VERY basic! Ok for us for the 2 nights that we stayed but wouldn’t want to stay any longer. Bed was SO soft i felt like i was sleeping on a water bed & pillows were rock hard!!"
