"A very cute and functional apartment located 30min walk from the port and nearest beach (it is not 5 to15min walk as described in the listing, which seems place you in the middle of Saint-Francois at the rotunda; this is not accurate). Arriving after dark it was a bit difficult to locate the key box since there is no clear sign of the address from the street; however we communicated with the host and she helped us immediately. Thank you. Once we settled in comfortably for 4 nights and enjoyed proximity to groceries, pharmacies and restaurants -15min walk. Everything in the Saint-Francois area is very accessible from here by car; excellent location to explore Grande-Terre. The bed fits 2 adults, clean linens and pillows. Comfortable except for the metal bar down the middle. Everything was very clean, A/C is excellent and the kitchen small and convenient. The fan also works, but need to give it a few minutes time to start up. Great water pressure, be careful not to let it overflow onto the floor. Good wifi as well. Overall a great experience, good cost/value. Easy to take the car everywhere, or take care walking the road at night; it is dark and cars move fast on the N5. Les lieux sont en effet encore plus jolis que sur les photos.Mention spéciale pour la cuisine extérieure, le jardin, la grande terrasse et la piscine sécurisée pour enfants. "Nous sommes restés une semaine complète dans ce logement près de la marina de Saint-François. La localisation est très bonne, tout se fait très bien à pied. Le logement était propre et fidèle aux photos. Il manquait quelques petites nécessités à notre arrivée, comme des rouleaux de papier de toilette, du savon à main et pour les vêtements (point positif : il y a une machine à laver!). Comme visiteur de l'étranger, nous ne voyagions pas avec ces produits de base. Sinon, le wifi fonctionnait majoritairement bien, ma conjointe a fait du télétravail. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les chaises de plage à notre disposition ! En somme, nous pouvons recommander, mais quelques petits ajustements pourraient être faits. Par ailleurs, à notre passage, la commune de Saint-François était affectée par des coupures d'eau, alors c'est à prendre en compte. Merci pour tout Sarah (et ses parents sur place!)"

"The studio(not 1 bedroom) was clean and in a good location for Saint Francois. The kitchen seemed well equipped but we did not cook as the room only contained a bed and a desk. Was not communicated that we would have to pay €20 to use the pool. Would advise clients to bring drinking water, soap and toilet paper for the first night. Fabulous food a short drive away. Car is necessary "
