"Great house and location. We will book it again next year. Pool was perfect and the ocean was fantastic. Houses around it didn't have an elevator and the neighbors were jealous for sure. If you are on the fence....book it. We had a great time."

"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. Although when we arrived, the lower level was littered with junk (broken beach chairs, dirty/moldy patio chairs, beach toys, life jackets, children's toys, and much more. Just a cluttered mess that looked like a junk yard.) and the landscaping was more than out of control, so much that it was growing into the house and parking area. The outside shower area was nasty with mold and algae. The interior was much better, although not very clean. Cereal on the floor and under furniture. Uncleaned cooking utensils. Sand in the showers. We placed sheets on the couches to sit on them. A positive note: The linens were clean and crispy, the towels were clean and fresh. The washer and dryer was a big plus. This house has the potential to be outstanding."

"Property is in great proximity to the beach. But a little far from the convenience of shopping and most restaurants. The furnishings and carpeting are old and stained. All bathrooms have standard short toilets and the tubs were small and VERY slippery. The washer dryer was a stackable unit and only accommodated very small loads of laundry and the dryer quit working while we were there but they had it repaired on the 2nd day after it being reported. The property is in desperate need of a face lift but served it's purpose. The grandchildren loved the pool area which is the main reason we rented this property."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful beach week!! Everyone enjoyed the beach time and plenty of room in this house!The only complaint was that the elevator did not work until our last night."
