"We absolutely loved our stay! The location was beautiful, and we practically had the beach to ourselves. The beach was easy to access, and the wooden dock was especially helpful.The home was exactly as pictured; clean, beautifully decorated, peaceful at night, and spacious enough for our family of nine. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the showers was fantastic!The pool quickly became one of our favorite spots when we weren’t at the beach. The kitchen was easy to navigate, and the large dining table gave us plenty of room to sit and enjoy meals together as a family.My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pots and skillets and provide a few more size options, especially for larger families. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"The host was excellent — bears got into the trash a couple of nights and they had someone out to clean it up really quickly. The secured internet didn’t work except for the first night, which wasn’t ideal, since we were there for a full week. There was an unsecured network we could have used but that wasn’t a good option for us so we just used our hotspot when needed. Loved having our dog with us — there are lots of stairs to take him out regularly so we really got a workout. The elevator was a huge help for loading in and loading out. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well-appointed. We had a great time with friends, especially since every bedroom that we used had an associated bathroom (we didn’t use the bunk room).. The area is beautiful."

"Wonderful location. Indian Pass Beach is one of the best on the panhandle of Florida.Lucky Dog is well situated and close to the beach.The house itself is a great beach property. The main living area is very open and spacious. The HVAC system was very good and kept the house very comfortable. Greatly appreciated the availability of two kayacks, beach chairs, and beach toys!The home owner was very responsive."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 16 stayed in your lovely beach house for 14 nights. We had 8 adults and 8 small children and the house met our every need. The location, right on the beach, was perfect walking distance for little legs. The pool was small, but fit all 16 of us perfectly. Every bathroom had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There are two washers and dryers with detergent, the kitchen had more than enough amenities for all of us. Having two refrigerators was helpful, the beds were very comfortable, the bunkroom was amazing for the kids, and the elevator was definitely a workhorse for the 14 days. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Tides-N-Tunes!!"

"Property is in great proximity to the beach. But a little far from the convenience of shopping and most restaurants. The furnishings and carpeting are old and stained. All bathrooms have standard short toilets and the tubs were small and VERY slippery. The washer dryer was a stackable unit and only accommodated very small loads of laundry and the dryer quit working while we were there but they had it repaired on the 2nd day after it being reported. The property is in desperate need of a face lift but served it's purpose. The grandchildren loved the pool area which is the main reason we rented this property."
