"The hotel location is amazing and incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. However, the rooms are in need of updating. The carpet appeared dirty and, in my opinion, should be replaced with flooring throughout the rooms. There was also an unpleasant scent in the room, and I noticed hair on the bathroom shower floor upon arrival that did not belong to me. Overall, the hospitality was appreciated, but improvements to the room condition and cleanliness would greatly enhance the guest experience."
