Excellent breakfast with quality produce cooked to perfection. Everything was outstanding but what was above outstanding was the service by the staff, nothing was too much trouble and all made us feel very welcome especially Martin the concierge who goes above and beyond looking after all of the guests. "I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, it was bad but I kept going because of the staff at the restaurant, they were very friendly and helpful but staying last weekend was horrifying, amiss the bad weather and the fact that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, bar and restaurant was closed and with no warning. I managed to book myself in a family room 😩, it was two single beds joined together with the most thinnest mattress, it felt as if you were lying on an empty spring bed. Fair enough the room was just been refurbished but only the walls and bathroom, bed was crap "
