"Helpful and friendly host. Hotel has seen better days but new owner is working hard to bring hotel up to scratch and our family room was clean, comfortable and very spacious for a family of four. Tv reception was intermittent but we were only there for one night to catch the ferry so no bother. Continental breakfast was ok although the croissants didn’t look very continental but the staff were lovely, offering to fill our water bottle for the journey. Beautiful views from breakfast room window. The hotel is in a great spot for scenic boardwalks in area. Good value and very convenient stopover for the ferry."

"The cottage had everything we needed for a week's holiday. Clean, comfortable and easy access to everything on the island. It has beautiful views and is situated right next to the beach with lovely cliff top walks. The perfect holiday retreat."

"Lovely place clean and tidy location is brilliant a nice peaceful holiday close to the beach short drive into town and supermarkets. Beds could do to be a bit comfier very hard mattress"
