"Best hotel we've stayed at for ages the guy on reception was really helpful made it a really pleasant relaxing stay really comfortable bed and perfect shower would stay again was worth the money"

"The view from the property was amazing but the property whilst nicely decorated needed a deep clean in some areas and there was damp above one window in one of the bedrooms, the main bedroom has a small double bed (not standard size), a thin mattress and a grease stain on the wall where someones head may have been, the bed is not really ideal for two people and it had the room had a weird smell. There was a constant beeping from somewhere which sounded like a smoke Alarm battery needed replacing but we couldnt hone in on exactly where it was coming from. The outside windows need a really good clean as although you expect some sand and sea residue they clearly had not been cleaned in a long time so kind of spoilt the view a bit. We left a day early because we had such a bad sleep, my partner ended up in the single beds but we still did not get good sleep because the bed as too uncomfortable. There was a very dirty tray left in the oven which we cleaned and there was also a tip jar left out and a jar asking for sofa donations which we found rather offensive and rather cheeky. "

"The guy who worked at reception was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late around 8pm. When we booked in there was no parking left to use. The guy at reception said no problem you can use my parking space around the back, he said there was room for us and guided us around. He then waited at the back door and let us in to save us walking around to the front of this large hotel. Excellent service from a great and friendly guy. The hotel itself is very tired and run down. Our room was clean so we were not that bothered by it. It was very cheap for the night so bear that in mind you get what you pay for. If you’re easy going like us you wont care. We enjoyed our stay which was made better by the efforts of the friendly guy at reception."

"I spent 3 nights for work, the location is amazing, the hotel is old but in a good condition and clean The staff were terrible, the lady who did the check in was not bad, but others were not friendly at all when I go in or out saying hi they either do not answer back or just a cold hi in return The lady who did the check out was very bad ,I came and said : good morning I want to check out,, she didn’t look at my face, didn’t say good morning, jut : room number? Said:103 , she( didn’t look at me at all): ok , I was expecting: thank you, I hope you had a good time with us !!!! but no, nothing at al."
