"Great location. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good - but all buffet style, so choice limited. Gym was great but very disappointing that you had to pay extra - not sure this was clear on the booking."

An AMAZING breakfast, with large variety of cold options, croissants, bread, muffins, jams, fresh honey, fresh ripe fruits, and made-to-order eggs, and super tasty, freshly-squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee, expresso - we always had a nice breakfast!! Decor is definitely “retro” and inviting to gathering of friends in the lobby for talking and having out. Although the old-style keys for doors and lights was a surprise, the very decorative key rings made up for it - very stylish! Location of this hotel is very central, very easily walkable to many restaurants, even a nice, longer walk all the way to the Vatican. "

"Fantastic small hotel. The staff are wonderful, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff and cleaning team. All so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The room we had was in the main hotel and was very spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was well equipped with a great shower. The breakfast buffet selection was good and catered well for my coeliac friend. Location is ideal. Walking distance to all the main areas. Taxi rank and buses in the square outside for longer journeys. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel. "

"The hotel has good sized rooms. The location is good with easy access to all of Rome (and the rest of Italy) by walking or public transport. The Termini area does attract less desirable people but we never had a problem and that has to be balanced against the convenience of the location (and it is well policed with plenty of people about). Rooms around the back had no problem with road noise. The breakfast was decent with a good range on offer and an outside terrace in warm weather along with a warm welcome from Paola and her colleagues. Rooms in reasonable condition and comfortable beds. Helpful team on reception. No food or drink options in hotel other than breakfast and vending machines/in room coffee and tea, but lots of nearby choice."

"All the staff we met were , friendly and helpful. Gave us a map and highlighted attractions. The rooms were clean and lovely. There was a communal terrace area where you could sit. The breakfast was very nice and were lots of choice, croissants, pastries, fruit, ceral, toast etc. Choices of juices and coffees etc. Pizza restaurant next door. There is a supermarket across the road and a taxi rank over the road. You could get taxes easily. Lots of attractions within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay in rome and the little queen suit was a good choice to stay."
