This is a beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms, one with balcony, and bathroom with toilet upstairs and a living room with fitted kitchen, bath with shower and toilet downstairs, Terrace with BBQ; one parking place in front of the garage (access). CLEANING FEES INCLUDED - Wifi in the house

The beach is totally unspoilt and of course has many different water sports on offer. The nature reserve is ideal to wander along and check out all the different species of birds and wildlife. The famous canal du midi is only a 10 minute walk away, you can take a tour on one of the many boats for hire.
