This property had everything I look for in a room.
Full length mirror, hand mirror, robes, and modern room decor.
Less than thrilled with the chicken fried steak from Ondus via room service.
The breaded chicken looked awful and eggs were hard. Gravy that was requested came 10 minutes after the meal.
My husband didn’t even eat it.
Almost considered trying to get a refund it was so awful.
Really put damper on anniversary evening on the wonderful waterfront.
Every staff member we encountered was wonderful. Warm greetings and helpful information from them all.
We needed a few special accommodations and when I say they were VERY helpful. I do mean just that. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again soon.
Amazing hotel with a beautiful view and fun spot right on the waterfront. Lots of great food and bars nearby. Highly recommend. We were there with our teens and they loved it too
After being told we needed to call the day of our reservation to ask for early check in, I called and made the request at 7 am. Upon arrival, I learned the person who took my request failed to write my name on the list. Understanding mistakes can happen, we waited in the lobby with our belongings. We had a wedding to attend and needed to leave by 4:15. At 4:15, fifteen minutes after normal check in time, we still did not have a room. Worse yet, when I went to ask about this, I was told, we let you know we were sold out last night, there’s nothing I can do. While I understand, I would expect an apology and some sort of compensation. Ultimately we couldn’t get into our room until after the wedding at 9:45pm and we had to get ready in someone else’s room , who we barely knew. They were gracious, thankfully. The hotel itself was clean and lovely but quite frankly, I would take a less nice hotel as long as it were clean over crappy customer service. Expensive 8 hours of sleep that only left a bad taste in my mouth.
The area could not be better, being right in the river and the views can’t be beaten. The forth floor outside deck is perfect for a late night snack sitting watching the boats go by. The bar and restaurant downstairs is perfect, a little costly for breakfast but very good food. Had a burger one night and I have never had better, and truffle fries I mean who doesn’t love truffle fries?
I stated this hotel and they keep charging me for whatever I’m not even sure staying at the hotel charging me for parking and they’re just stupid charging me almost 8 dollars for not even a sprite stupid
This is a wonderful place to stay for the weekend, but beware of the airplanes, loud noises, and there is no microwave or balcony in the room. I will still stay here again because, it is right on the waterfront and it is clean, and the staff is wonderful.
The room was very clean and well maintained. The AC unit was a little loud.
Being right on the waterfront was wonderful. Our room was on the road side of the hotel and there were very loud cars in the evening.
Nice waterfront location except commercial flights from Portland are taking off every two minutes starting 6am and passing over the waterfront at 1000 ft. Too much noise.
