Settle into a fully equipped mid-century home in Tigard for stays of 5 nights or longer. This retreat with four sleeping rooms, a dedicated office, and three bathrooms sits on nearly half an acre, with soaring cedar ceilings, skylights, and a large deck overlooking a wooded yard where deer sometimes wander by. The home accommodates up to nine guests and is well suited to relocation, remote work, or an extended family stay.

THE SPACE
Room 1 has a king bed; room 2 is an office; room 3 has two twin beds with two pull-out trundle beds, sleeping four; room 4 has a full bed; and room 5 has a sofa bed.

Enjoy two living rooms: a cozy downstairs den and a light-filled upstairs lounge. Two dedicated office spaces make remote work easy. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities, fitness room, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and TV. Utilities and basic household supplies are included.

OUTDOORS AND LOCATION
Relax on the large deck with outdoor dining, seating, and a fire pit. Driveway and street parking are available. Progress Ridge shops, cafes, and a lake path are nearby, with access to local trails and the Nike and Intel areas.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home, including the four sleeping rooms and dedicated office, three bathrooms, two living rooms, kitchen, dining area, offices, laundry facilities, fitness room, garage, deck, and yard. Self check-in is available with a digital lock.

PLEASE NOTE
Minimum stay: 5 nights. This is a non-smoking home in a quiet residential neighborhood; parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Up to two small dogs under 20 pounds each are allowed, with a $150 pet fee per stay. The primary renter must be at least 21.

For safety, exterior Ring cameras cover the front entrance, driveway, and yard. There are no cameras inside the home.
