Private house with 3 suites. Modern, Clean & Comfortable!

  • We are steps away from the yellow line MAX light rail Killingsworth Station where you can take a short ride to Mississippi entertainment district, Rose Quarter Moda Center, downtown Portland, Kenton entertainment district and the Expo Center. Nearby are local neighborhood bars, restaurants, food carts, coffee shops and more.

    You will have the entire house with a kitchen, eating area and 3 private queen bedroom suites as follows: Shroom Room, Summit Room, and Perch Room. All 3 suites feature art by a local artist, a queen bed with premium bedding and triple sheeting, private bathroom with shower, 40” smart TV, and free WIFI.

    I live in the front house. The vacation house is up the driveway through the gate in the backyard. I will be available most afternoons & evenings to answer any questions and to help make your stay a great one!

    Amenities include a kitchen w/pots, pans, dishes and utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, 40” cable TV in each bedroom, and fast free WIFI. The detached garage has been converted to a semi-finished living room w/huge smart TV, wetbar & mini fridge. Outside there are two covered patios, a Weber charcoal grill, Breeo wood fire pit, and electric smoker. We use quality, sustainable cleaning products and provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer in each room. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and queen bed featuring premium bedding and triple sheeting.

The layout for a group that needs separate sleeping and bathroom space was perfect. 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bath - you can't beat that for the price! Plus full kitchen with everything you need - high quality pots and pans, nice appliances, beautiful yard space to spread out, plus a separate TV/lounge room if needed for older teens or what not. We loved it and will book again if ever in Portland!

This space was perfect for our weekend travel. It was close to all the events and the venues that we were in town for. We could even walk to most. Ben was a great host!

The house was immaculate, check in was easy! The area felt safe and there were multiple cute and tasty coffee shops within walking distance.

The unit had everything we needed. Nice to hang all clothes from suitcase to dryer to closet! Mirror was well lit for makeup. Extra bathrooms and showers very nice. Location seemed to be central (w/i 15 mins) to airport, so downtown, or eating places, etc.Our host Ben was readily available by text. Great experience overall!

The house was lovely and had everything that we needed during our stay and we were very comfortable. The location was very convenient and great access to public transportation and there were plenty of food options nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

First, Ben was a responsive communicator and problem solver. Second, appreciated the modern conveniences in each ensuite bedroom. Each room has a mini-split (for AC or heat), black out shades, comfy bed, TV, and sconces and outlets by the bed. One ensuite is located on the main floor and the two other ensuites are upstairs. Our family enjoyed the patio at night. In the main house, the only communal gathering space is the kitchen (which also has a mini-split). Otherwise, there is the detached converted garage that's a comfy living room area. Thank you!

The host was a good communicator. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. It does say there is garage parking but that has been turned into a living room with a bathroom and bar area so no garage parking.

A great place to stay. Super clean and having your own suite was perfect for our friends that went with us. Max was easy access, restaurant and bars were close and walking distance. Definitely would stay again!!!

Portland Stay

Great place to stay as it’s close to the highway yet outside of the major city so it’s quiet. Ben was great and super responsive to all the questions I asked. Would stay here again

Perfect for the 2 days in Portland before our week on the coast. Super clean. Great kitchen and we loved how we all had our own bathrooms.

Had a pleasant stay here–great location within several blocks of a few lovely coffee shops, easy access to great downtown spots and to the highway, never had any trouble getting in or out of the property. Having 3 bedrooms each with individual bathroom worked perfectly for us! Beds and rooms were cozy. Kitchen table was all we needed for hanging out as we were out exploring every day (didn't use living room space). Owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Love the suites!

Great setup for a work retreat. Had private space for all and a kitchen gathering area. We knew it was next to light rail station and a tad noisy, but shutting windows blocked out that sound at night!! Nicely appointed. Great host.

3 suites great for 6 adults

This location has very easy access to yellow line and highways. Many restaurants, breweries, and coffee close by and walkable. Great way for 6 adults to have 3 separate suites! Living room is a little small with only 2 love seats in detached garage so may need to bring in extra chairsfor all to be in there at once

Weekend Family Celebration

The 3 suites were what we needed for our visit. We were having a family "get together", so spent most of our time out and about. The separate sitting area was great for the TV watchers in our group. One television in the bedroom suite didn't work.

Exactly what we needed.

This was a great little property right across the street from the rail for public transportation. We loved being super close to the train. It definitely made exploring the city much easier. The house was in perfect condition. It was the best use of space that any of us had seen in a long time. We all enjoyed our accommodations and would definitely stay here again.
