Property was very nice. They upgraded our room to the penthouse but they don't have an elevator so you have to walk up three flights of stairs. Once you got there, the room was great. The master bedroom is up another flight of stairs so we gave that room to my sons.

There is no lotion available when it’s dry and cold in the winter. The complimentary wine/drink not available during Xmas eve and day, and we did not get even a soda on those days. They should just allow the guests to get two free drinks when asked.

Great except for pullout

I love this RI and have stayed a number of times This time, however, I needed to sleep in the pullout couch. It was terrible—like sleeping on a twisted pretzel. It needs to be re-cycled. The blanket provided was no heavier than a sheet so I froze. Finally, the bathroom had a tub and shower but no sink! What’s up with that?!

Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning chemical smell was strong. Third floor, stairs only, and close to freeway and train track. Deal breaker for me going back is $22/night parking. The only thing close is a dying mall. Parking fee this high for location is greedy. If it wasthe 1980s or 90s and the mall was hopping than maybe. But most ghost towns have free parking.

Furniture is dated and room smelled Smokey even though it is a non-smoking room. But a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms for the price is pretty good overall. Breakfast was ok.

Great a place to stay

Wonderful place Rooms were great except you could hear the people on above floors all night.. maybe choose a top floor, we choose ground as we had lots of luggage & there’s no lift. location is awesome. Walk to restaurants, shopping , park.

Decent bed, nice room layout (no pots & pans in kitchen even though there's a range...odd). Awkward TV placement and they really should invest in elevators. MAX could be heard going by albeit muffled. $22 for parking in their own lot is crazy.

The attendant Cody was very helpful, but the property overall was very worn down, old couches, rooms smelled musty (we tried 3 rooms) and overall disappointing for the price paid. Felt more like a Motel 6.

Not so happy

The two negative things are that they hold funds on your card for the whole stay regardless of method of payment. Also they charge 22.00 dollars a night for parking regardless of nights you are staying. They do not comp any nights. Their parking lot is huge and it's a little insulting to pay so much for a room and on top of that pay forparking.

Good accomodation, but......security concerns.

Watch out for homeless males hanging around the property - one entered our unit while the door did not properly self- closed; scared my wife and spoiled our stay. Reception was informed immediately and the response was: 'you call 911' not a finger lifted to ensure our security. Be warned.
