The hotel itself was great, location to airport, staff and shuttle all excellent, my only concern was that I received email confirmations that gave me the wrong holiday Inn phone number, so it took a bit of jumping through hoops to find the number to call for the shuttle. Could easily hear neighbors up above, especially when they took a shower, it sounded like a freight train. Room is much larger than we expected, bed comfortable, no creamer only empty used package.
