Viajei sozinha e optei por um quarto com cama de solteiro. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, a cama é tipo solteirão, até um pouco maior, com o colchão confortável e tudo muito limpo. Lençois bem cheirosos. O banheiro sempre limpo, pois o serviço de quarto funciona bem. A água esquenta bem, o ar condicionado era novo. Apenas os canais da TV ficaram um pouco com faíscas. Café da manhã bem servido e os atendentes do Hotel foram sempre solícitos aos meus pedidos. A localização é no centro da cidade, que para viagens de negócios, atende bem as nossas necessidades. Só não serve para quem quer área de lazer, que não tem. Super indico o hotel, fui muito bem atendida.

Excelente localização e custo benefício, só não ganhou 5 estrelas em tudo por estar em reforma. Embora o café da manhã seja completo, não recomendo o restaurante. Todos os funcionários bastante atenciosos, estacionamento pelo manobrista.

Achei o tamanho do quarto pequeno, não tem lugar para acomodar as malas, então tivemos que colocá-las no chão. A TV é bem antiga. Opções do café da manhã são boas, porém sem muitas variedades. A localização é bem próxima do centro comercial e de alguns pontos turísticos. Em frente ao hotel tem uma praça que, durante a noite, abriga moradores de rua, e compromete a segurança dos hóspedes. Pelos menos, nos sentimos inseguros neste ponto.

O quarto não é ruim, mas com cama de casal e pedimos 2 de solteiro. Só tinha um cobertor e bastante velho. Pedimos outro e veio uma colcha. Café bom. Agora, o atendimento no checkin é surreal de demorado e ruim! A pessoa que nos atendeu conseguiu demorar cerca de 30 minutos para fazer, sendo muito burocrático e cansativo para quem chegou de viagem esperando descansar. Solicitou um monte de dados, mas errou todos os nossos nomes e sobrenomes, além de email, parece que não estava prestando atenção de tanta má vontade. Nenhuma cordialidade, cara fechada e mau humor o tempo todo.

Chegamos e havia apenas 1 recepcionista para atendimento com a previsão de hotel lotado. Chegamos por volta das 14:30 e o quarto não estava pronto, saímos e retornamos as 17:30 e ainda não havia quarto pronto. O menino da recepção, não se mostrou preocupado, disse que houve problema com a lavanderia e isso atrasou todo o serviço. Não sei onde entra a minha culpa nesse processo, já que o valor que me cobraram pela diária, foi pago integralmente. Para finalizar, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, eramos um casal com um chd, as camas não foram unidas. Em resumo, não gostei e pretendo não retornar.

Atendimento no check in e out terrível, atendentes mal educados, nem cumprimentavam ,só esperavam nós falarmos o que queríamos. Quarto com cheiro muito forte de produto de limpeza, tv não funcionava, travesseiro e cama duros. Café da manhã razoável, aliás, único atendimento bom foi das atendentes no café. No último dia fomos jantar no hotel e foi pior do que imaginávamos. A comida demorou mais de 45min para chegar(dois pratos) e quando chegou estava totalmente fria a comida, devolvemos e esquentaram no microondas, fora o atendimento que foi péssimo.
