The hotel is right in the historical center of town and was walkable to events. But it is run down- mold in the bathrooms, paint and plaster peeling off the walls. There were bugs, and the sheets weren't clean. But the staff was very, very kind.

✨ O hotel realmente possui uma excelente localização, o que é um ponto muito positivo. No entanto, senti que a estrutura já demonstra sinais claros do tempo. Os móveis do quarto onde fiquei estavam bastante desgastados, o que comprometeu um pouco o conforto e a experiência. A cama de solteiro também não ofereceu o descanso esperado. 💬 De forma construtiva, acredito que uma renovação nos quartos e mobiliário traria um salto enorme na qualidade do atendimento, tornando o ambiente mais acolhedor e convidativo. O potencial é grande, mas falta um toque de cuidado e modernização para que o hotel esteja à altura da boa localização que tem. 🌟

Quando chegamos o quarto estava com um cheiro terrível de cigarro, e o colchão era extremamente velho, sujo e estava cheio de ondulações. Péssima estadia!

Hotel simples, com boa localização no centro histórico. O hotel é antigo. Cama confortável e chuveiro quentinho. Roupas de cama e toalhas estavam limpas, no entanto, o banheiro teve toda a parede de azulejo pintada e estava descascando, com algumas sujeiras da tinta descascada pelo chão, o que dava uma aparência de não tão limpo. No geral, acho que falta um pouco de manutenção geral. Café da manhã bom. Opções de pães, doces, frios, frutas... Atendimento muiito bom tbm. Todos os funcionários educados e prestativos. Recomendo para quem tiver estadia curta. Fiquei apenas 2 dias.

Ótimo custo benefício, ótima localização, o meu colchão não estava legal, até acredito que se eu reclamasse eles trocariam, mas não reclamei tbm... chuveiro bom, atendimento muito bom dos recepcionistas, café da manhã bem simples, mas o que tinha estava bom também.

Infelizmente o hotel é antigo, e os quartos com serviço de limpeza péssimo ,sem infraestrutura razoável... serviço de café precário com pouquíssimas opções de cardápio...Enfim ,o atendimento da recepção é bom ...

Funcionários acessíveis e dispostos a ajudar, com boa comunicação. Serviço de quarto ocorreu logo no primeiro dia de estadia (quando retornei a cama já estava arrumada, assim como as janelas abertas). Porém o quarto era totalmente diferente do anúncio. Paredes descascando, cheiro forte nos corredores (de cigarro) e nos quartos. Além das condições do banheiro, que eram precária (inclusive com paredes descasando dentro do box do benheiro). Box totalmente sujo, com ferrugem e sujeira impregnada, a porta também não fechava. Cortina do quarto suja, não tive coragem de dormir diretamente no travesseiro (coloquei uma roupa minha por cima).
